Official Training Program - Luke's Locker


Whether you are training for your first half marathon or marathon or you’re trying to set a new PR, Luke’s Locker Half Marathon and Marathon Group Training Programs are a great way to reach your race goals. If you have found it hard to stick to a plan or have hit a plateau in your training, Luke’s Locker training groups can give you the knowledge and confidence to help get you to the starting line and cross the finish line.

All five North Texas Luke’s Locker store locations (Dallas White Rock, Fort Worth, Highland Village, Plano and Southlake) support Saturday morning training for your weekly long run, and provide weekly schedules and weekday workout opportunities for 25 weeks of training. Luke’s Locker assigns coaches and individuals into similar pace groups for the Dallas Marathon and Half Marathon. Luke’s Locker also offers a Walking Half Marathon program, as well as a beginner Walk To Run Half Marathon Training Program (Dallas/White Rock, Southlake, Plano locations only) that starts with a 10 min walk/10 min run/10 min walk, eventually leading to a 13.1 mile run.

Luke’s Locker is proud to be the Official Training Program of the BMW Dallas Marathon.
